Two PlayStation 2 engines
Play! without an external BIOS, or ARMSX2 with your own PS2 BIOS. The choice is made per game and stays memorized — never switched silently. Instant states are not compatible between engines. Performance depends on the game and the device.
A guided BIOS assistant
In 6 steps, Ravoxium helps you set up your system files (Atari 5200, Lynx, PS2). Your files stay strictly local: never uploaded, never provided by Ravoxium.
Two PlayStation 2 engines
For each PlayStation 2 game, choose your engine before the first launch, in the PS2 settings or from the game's page: Play!, which works without an external BIOS, or ARMSX2, which requires a PS2 BIOS you own. Your choice is memorized for that game and never changes on its own.
Please note: instant states are not compatible between the two engines, and in-game saves are separate per engine. Performance depends on the game and the device — no speed is promised for ARMSX2.
BIOS assistant
Some consoles need a system file you own: the Atari 5200 system ROM, the Lynx lynxboot.img file (512 bytes), or a PS2 BIOS folder (4–8 MB, no required file name) for ARMSX2. Ravoxium never provides these files.
The assistant guides you in 6 steps: 1) a simple explanation and a legal reminder; 2) the engine's exact requirements; 3) a guided Android file picker; 4) a strict check (existence, size, format, structure); 5) confirmation, then a copy to private storage only after verification; 6) an engine initialization test. Your files stay strictly local: never uploaded, never embedded, never provided by Ravoxium.

Do not confuse the two: the Ravoxium app is available in 16 languages — Français, English, Español, Português, العربية, Deutsch, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Türkçe, Русский, 日本語, 한국어, 中文 (简体), हिन्दी, Tiếng Việt — while this website is offered in 10 languages.
